Ricardo is a multiple Emmy nominated television producer with over 10 years of experience. He is also an award winning filmmaker. His work has ranged from reality television series, digital shows, true crime shows, clip shows, news shows and talk shows for major networks and streaming services such as Netflix, Hulu, Sony, NBC, Discovery, BET+, ABC, Hallmark, Facebook Watch, Fox Sports 1 and Warner Bros.

Ricardo currently is a Story Producer for Peacock's, " Married at First Sight, Season 21."

Additionally to TV producing, Ricardo enjoys creating and working on his own projects as an independent filmmaker. His short films have won awards at various film festivals domestically and internationally.  Ricardo is currently submitting his latest film "The Empathy Project" to various film festivals. He Co-Directed this film with his wife Samantha Mallory. The proof of concept short film was written by Samantha who also wrote the feature screenplay. This becomes their first time Co-Directing and 7th time collaborating on a film project.
